Hand Rehabilitation

Within this specialization we focus on rehabilitation after any injuries to the hand, wrist and/or the shoulder. Trauma injuries to joints or tendons for which surgery was appropriate, as well as overuse injuries by a wrong or increased use. The emphasis within the hand rehabilitation is mainly on a specific guidance and follow-up in view of the complex, specific anatomy and functional dexterity in the daily use. In addition to a manual treatment plan, be clear instructions and exercises along with you discussed and acted upon.



Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a primary contact and patient-centred healthcare discipline, that emphasises the interrelationship of structure and function of the body, facilitates the body’s innate ability to heal itself, and supports a whole-person approach to all aspects of health and healthy development, principally by the practice of manual treatment. Indications: back- and neck problems, sports injuries.

Our expertise lies in the manual approach of back and neck injuries, and general pain syndromes. Sports injuries is also a topic we excel in. We also teach you injury prevention.

Myofascial Therapy - Dry needling

Myofascial therapy is a form of treating pains that find their cause in the improper functioning of muscles. In these muscles develop trigger points or pain points. To treat them, they are punctured with small needles
